UK BROADBAND LTD is the UK’s largest holder of national radio spectrum suitable for 4G mobile services and fixed wireless solutions.
Our project team were commissioned to provide UK Broadband with a consultative solution to manage the relocation from two office into a new HQ office at International House, Ealing Broadway.
The project scope included all aspects of the fit out of 22,700 sq ft. Works were phased across two wings over a condensed 9 week programme. This included complete strip out of existing cabling, partitioning and flooring.
Special design attention was given to the reception and meeting room facilities along with the installation of a complex IT network solution.
We had overall responsibility for controlling the budget, design and construction.
