DURATION:  8 weeks phased build in occupation.

PICASSO PICTURES are one of London’s top production companies based in the heart of Soho.  They specialise in all styles of animation for film and TV.

Works were carried out with Picasso Pictures remaining in full occupation.   The Victorian building located in the centre of Soho was stripped on a floor by floor programme and refitted to provide updated facilities and a modern environment in keeping with Picasso's market profile.

Works included; strip out of existing fittings, installation of a new  heating system, electrics, light fittings, flooring and decorations whilst Picasso Pictures remained in occupation and fully operational throughout the works programme.

The finished result completed in October 2010 has been spectacularly successful for Picasso Pictures providing a fresh new generation designed environment.
