The Brief
ACG TECHNOLOGY in the first instance had the challenge of moving their entire operation from Lambourne to Basingstoke and yet still maintain both staff levels and motivation alongside a 24/7 operation.
To design and project manage the complete office refurbishment and fit-out of a very tired 70s style building consisting of offices on two levels and light industrial/warehouse space.
Project Requirement
To create a vibrant and modern environment that would be highly motivational for a sale led organisation. The main offices had been previously expanded using a mezzanine floor supported by a high number of struts, which created a number of design challenges and opportunities. The warehouse space required a complete upgrade and refurbishment, installation of high level racking systems, good in / out facilities alongside a light industrial facilities for machine repair and upgrade. The installation of high level heating units, new lighting and breakout facilities provided warehouse staff a 24/7 environment.

Result
The project has provided first-rate space, maximising the potential within the building and motivating staff, which includes meeting and training areas, open-plan space and a sensational staff dining breakout area.
